This Privacy Policy describes how Relanto Global Private Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the R-PlanAssist Chrome extension (“Extension”). It supplements Relanto’s general Privacy Policy.

1. Single Purpose

AI-powered planning and analytics in Chrome for authorized enterprise users.

R-PlanAssist provides AI-powered planning, analytics, and insights in a Chrome side panel for authorized enterprise users. The Extension is used only for this planning and analytics purpose.

2. Information We Collect

Account details, connection tokens, queries, settings, and limited technical logs.
  • Account & authentication: Work email and name from Microsoft sign-in; session tokens stored in your browser. We never store your Microsoft password.
  • Connection tokens: Tokens for connected systems (e.g., Anaplan, Salesforce) stored locally. We never store raw passwords.
  • Queries & settings: Natural language queries, connectors, and extension settings.
  • Technical data: Extension version, timestamps, and error logs needed for support.

3. How We Use Information

Operate features, authenticate users, connect services, and maintain secure sessions.

We use this information only to:

  • Operate R-PlanAssist features
  • Authenticate authorized users (including domain checks where configured)
  • Connect to Relanto services and your data sources
  • Remember settings and maintain secure sessions

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Protection & Security

TLS in transit, local sandboxed token storage, and limited retention.

Data in transit is protected with TLS. Tokens are stored in your browser’s sandboxed storage. Session tokens and local settings are kept until you sign out, clear extension data, or uninstall. Server-side operational data is retained only as long as needed to operate and support the Service.

We may share data only with Microsoft (sign-in), Relanto backend/service providers, your organization if enterprise-managed, or authorities when legally required.

5. Your Rights

Sign out, clear extension data, or uninstall to remove locally stored information.

You can remove locally stored data anytime by signing out, clearing extension storage in Chrome, or uninstalling the Extension.

R-PlanAssist is for business use and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
